‍TICKET POLICY

1. Purchasing a ticket grants access to the event, according to the type of ticket purchased.
   
2. No exchanges or refunds will be made, except in the event of the event’s cancellation.
   
3. In the case of event cancellation, only the ticket price will be refunded, excluding any additional costs, namely travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
   
4. The ticket must be kept until the end of the event.
   
5. Resale of tickets is prohibited.
   
6. The ticket is personal and non-transferable. The organization may request identification to confirm ticket ownership.
   
7. In case of loss or theft of the ticket, no duplicate will be issued, and the holder is responsible for its safekeeping.

ACCESS RULES

1. Access to the event may be subject to security checks. Ticket holders must consent to personal searches and inspection of belongings.
   
2. Entry of objects deemed dangerous, such as weapons, illegal substances, blunt or sharp objects, or any other item considered inappropriate by the organization, is not permitted.
   
3. The organization reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from the premises any person whose behavior may jeopardize the safety of the event or disrupt its normal operation.
   
4. Bringing food and drinks into the venue is not allowed, except where expressly authorized by the organization.
   
5. Capturing and/or recording audio or video during the event for commercial purposes is prohibited, unless expressly authorized by the organization.
   
6. Ticket holders authorize the capture and broadcast of their image and voice during the event for purposes of promotion, publicity, and archival, without any compensation.
   
7. The organization is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items within the event venue.
