Who organizes HOST Douro?
HOST Douro is an international hospitality symposium organized by CIM Douro, an association of municipalities with multiple purposes. It is a public collective legal entity of an associative nature and territorial scope, composed of 19 municipalities.
What are the opening and closing hours?
- September 14th – The theatre doors open at 8:30 a.m. and close around 7:30 p.m.
- September 15th – The theatre doors open at 9:00 a.m. and close around 7:30 p.m.
It is possible to enter and exit the theatre, provided you always wear your identification wristband.
Will there be a ticket office on-site?
No, there will be no ticket office available on-site, so your ticket must be purchased in advance through the 2ticket platform.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes.
Are there seats available?
Yes, all seats are seated and subject to the seating assignment defined at the time of purchase.
Are animals allowed to enter?
No, animals are not allowed inside the venue.
Can I share my ticket with someone else?
No, your ticket is individual and must be used by you during all parts of the event.
How do the lunches work?
All event participants have access to the lunch area, located at CTOE in Lamego. Meals will be served on-site, and the cost is already included in the ticket price.
